Partner Account Manager (with a good level of English)

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Your tasks will be:
- Support partners and users: answering to the questions, training to work with the electronic system, consultations, conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations, online conferences;
- Develop the audience of the site (improving the quality of content through effective work with partners);
- Participate in the development of programs for partner companies aimed at improving the impact of their work;
- Check activities of partners;
- Track statistics of the effectiveness of users, contract with new partners;
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
We expect from you:
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheet, Excel);
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
