Our team of more than 700 digital nomads works all over the world. We have assembled a team of professionals in high-load, mobile development, machine learning, data analysis and other progressive areas.

We are currently looking for a Global C&B Manager in our HR team, who will create the direction as a single player.

You will be responsible for:

• Individual incentive systems for top managers and important personnel are developed based on business indicators, with scenarios, risks, and choices for the remuneration package's structure all taken into account. Defending suggested remedies to the management of the organization.
• Boosting team productivity and motivation, essential business divisions should audit and revise their current KPIs and incentive methods.
• Management of changes in financial conditions for the entire firm, including monitoring the salary market across all regions of the company's presence, prompt proposal of conditions, and proposals for payroll budget optimization.
• Assistance as an expert to HRBP and recruiters in developing offers to candidates.
• Accompanying the procedure for issuing shares (virtual shares). Implementation of the option system on new products.
• Supporting in the process of moving personnel to other locations where the company has a presence (including determining the tax burden, coming to an agreement on new payment arrangements, and earning relocation bonuses).
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting, analytics, and statistics regarding the workforce of the company.
• Participation in further HR-related business ventures.

Successful candidate:

• Has the same successful experience in a similar C&B position.
• Has work experience in an IT/Digital company.
• Has extensive Excel knowledge & a passion for numbers.
• Has English level is upper-intermediate or above (oral and written negotiations for communication with foreign employees and managers).
• Has flexibility and ability to find solutions in non-standard situations.
• Has ability to influence decisions made by top managers.
• Has customer orientation.
• Has analytical skills and ability to work in multitasking mode.
