You will:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote mobile applications: the growth of audience and business metrics;
  • To form the strongest mobile marketing department: hiring, onboarding, motivation and development of your own team;
  • Consolidate and strengthen current advertising activity in Google Ads, TikTok ads, Facebook Ads, Mobile DSPs, Mobile Ad Networks and other advertising channels;
  • Conduct a deep and continuous analysis of indicators, their optimization, and efficiency growth;
  • To work with creatives: developing creative concepts, interacting with the design department, setting and accepting tasks;
  • To search and test new traffic sources, negotiate and develop relations with international partners (English speakers);
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor activities. Interact at the C-level: conduct regular reporting, carry out analytics;
  • Optimize application for App Store and Google Play;
  • Close interaction with the product team: exchange of ideas and hypotheses.


Successful candidate:

  • Has similar work experience in international product companies (B2C: gaming, dating, gambling, betti­ng, FinTech, EdTech, social networks etc.).
  • Has similar and successful experience working with mobile applications in the markets of North America, the EU and Asia countries (Tier-1 and Tier-2).
  • Has experience with a budget of $100K per month and above;
  • Has excellent knowledge of performance channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.;
  • Has connections with top global in-app partners and mobile networks;
  • Has a desire to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of attraction, has excellent knowledge of the main performance and retention metrics: LTV, CPA, EROI, etc.;
  • Knows analytical systems and tools: AppsFlyer, FireBase, App Annie, etc.;
  • Has experience in simultaneous promotion of several products (applications);
  • Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment;
  • Has effective communication skills, and is able to advocate your point of view;
  • Has leadership and management skills. Ability and willing both to work rolling your sleeves up as well as to manage the work of others;
  • Has English level is upper-intermediate or above (oral and written negotiations with partners).
