Now we’re looking for a Senior Affiliate manager (business development).

You will be responsible for working with the incoming flow of applications for our affiliate program (https://www.datinggroup.io/), identifying affiliates' traffic opportunities, and selling Dating Group offers to affiliates. 

Responsibilities:

- Search for new affiliates 
- Sell Dating Group offers to new and current affiliates 
- Generate new opportunities with current affiliates
- Onboard affiliates 
- Negotiate and sign IO
- Establish good relationships with affiliates and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives
- Monitor competitors' activities
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Analyze affiliate performance

Requirements:

- 2+ years international experience as an affiliate manager
- English C1
- Great communicator and storyteller with the ability to clearly articulate and convey essential information
- Proven track of record growing an affiliate program partners portfolio and ability to demonstrate this in detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint
