We are currently looking for a Head of Product (Spark Coins) to work with our new internal blockchain product. 

You will:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end product business plan from concept to production.
• Be in charge of an international Internet product and be responsible for P&L (reporting directly to the business owner).
• Develop the product with a dedicated product team (vision / roadmap / backlog).
• Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team.
• Organize and control the work of the product team, and reorganize it if necessary. 

Successful candidate:

• Has successful experience with blockchain products  (gaming, dating, gambling industry or social networks is desired).
• Has leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to clearly plan, assess risks and prioritize, set and control tasks, effectively delegate and manage the team.
• Possesses systematic and flexible thinking, is able to analyze information and make decisions.
• English is upper intermediate level or above.
