Cupid Media (SDVentures) continues to grow and is looking for a Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to join the team. You will report directly to the Head of Paid Acquisition and play a key role in the strategy and execution of over $2 million dollars a month in ad spend.

Your role will include:

• Developing the strategy and execution of cross-channel campaigns on search, social and other media buying channels with the acquisition team;
• Reporting on and optimizing accounts to drive ROI for the wider business;
• Collaborating with other marketing colleagues on efforts like landing page optimization, brand and PR, and organic channels;
• Evaluating, testing, and executing on new media platforms to expand our marketing reach;
• Working with business partners like Google and Microsoft on cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing/communications or related field;
• 5 years+ of account management experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads;
• Experience working in cross-channel marketing including app, mobile, and desktop;
• Experience in other media buying like connected TV, DSPs or other media channels;

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
• Experience with AdTech platforms like Google SA360 or Adobe AMO or Kenshoo;
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Experience working with a business visualization platform like Tableau or Power BI;
• Experience working with Tik Tok, Snap and Microsoft Ads;
• Exposure to other areas of marketing outside of performance marketing like brand and PR.
