Now we're looking for a Lawyer to join Noda — our Open Banking payments platform, licensed in the UK as a Payment Institution and currently in the process of receiving 2 additional EU licenses. 

Noda is a FinTech company with a solution that enables direct payments from our merchants (clients) customers to the merchants' bank accounts (Instant SEPA Payments). 

Our service is suitable for a wide range of online businesses in the UK and EU, and in 2023 we are planning to enter markets of Canada, the USA, and Australia. 

Our ideal candidate is result-oriented, has no tendency to develop unnecessary bureaucratic processes, wants to grow our business, and then build and lead the Legal department at Noda.
 
Responsibilities:
 Legal support of business operations (including licensing in the EU and globally)

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in payment institutions
– Legal drafting (contracts, agreements, procedures, T&C, and policies)
– Experience of incorporation of companies in different countries
– English C1 
– Legal education

– Payments licensing in different countries
