Now we are looking for an Email Deliverability Manager for our MarTech Department.


MarTech  is a division of the holding specializing in the development of universal services that increase the efficiency of user acquisition. With the help of neural networks and other modern technologies, we solve such problems as targeted buyout of specific users in advertising channels, linking users between projects, returning to the system via email-push-web push-sms mailing lists, developing high-converting landing pages with recommendation algorithms on Back and other integration and algorithmic tasks. Hundreds of thousands of users pass through MarTech products every day. With a small team of 20 people, we provide almost a quarter of the entire turnover of the Dating Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of business indicators attributed to mailings;
  • Monitoring and improving the deliverability of email newsletters;
  • Together with a product analyst, analyzing the causes of fluctuations in indicators and taking measures to eliminate them;
  • Interaction with related divisions of the company: marketing, CRM-managers, system administrators, analysts: assistance in solving problems related to retention content delivery channels;
  • Advising layout designers and CRM managers on the content of email newsletters;
  • Together with system administrators, maintaining and monitoring the performance of their own smtp servers (about 80 pieces);
  • Setting up mail cascades;
  • Communication with external commercial senders (current and new) on compliance issues, prices for services, and current settlements;
  • Control and prompt response to blacklisting incidents.


Requirements:

  • Understanding of SPF/DKIM, Bounces (hard/soft), FBL, DNS (RDNS), and SMTP settings;
  • Knowledge of working with RBL (SpamHaus, SpamCop, SORBS, etc.);
  • Knowledge of  up-to-date BI tools: Grafana, SuperSet, DataDog;
  • Understanding of  the principles of database operation (relational and non-relational), knowledge of how to write SQL queries;
  • Experience in basic analytical work, formulating and testing hypotheses;
  • Ability to  analyze the work of spam filters;
  • Experience in analyzing logs;
  • Knowledge of the reputation of IP addresses, domains;
  • Ability to work in post-masters of mail providers.
